Terms of sale

1. Who we are

2. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani rupees and inclusive of GST. Market prices move with the market — the price shown at the moment you place an order is the price you pay, even if it changes the following week.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a variety turns out to be unavailable or below our standard after you have ordered, we will substitute it as described below or, if you prefer, refund you in full.

4. Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and perishable. Where a variety is unavailable or not up to standard on the day, we substitute it for something of equivalent colour, form and value, and we tell you what changed. Photographs on this site show a representative arrangement, not the exact stems you will receive.

5. Delivery

Cut-offs, charges and windows are set out on our delivery page and form part of these terms. We deliver within Lahore only. Delivery times are estimates; where a precise time is required, choose the timed one-hour slot at checkout.

6. Changes and cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled free of charge up to the cut-off for their delivery day. After the cut-off the flowers have usually been cut and conditioned, so we can move the delivery date but cannot refund the order.

7. Our vase-life promise

If flowers arrive damaged, incorrect, or fail noticeably inside the vase life stated on their product page, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace them on the next delivery run or refund you. This sits alongside your statutory rights and does not limit them.

8. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are charged per delivery. You may skip an upcoming delivery before the Thursday cut-off, and pause or cancel at any time from your account. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

9. Gift cards

Gift cards do not expire, are redeemable online and in the atelier, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost card codes can be reissued where the original purchase can be verified.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, though we will always tell you promptly and offer a new date or a refund.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore.

Privacy notice

What we collect

• Your name, email, mobile number and delivery address
• Recipient details when you send a gift
• Order history, card messages and delivery preferences
• Basic analytics about how the site is used

We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and only the last four digits are retained so you can identify the card on an order.

Why we hold it

• To take, build and deliver your order
• To let the rider contact the recipient on arrival
• To answer questions about orders already placed
• To send the market note, if you asked for it

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment providers, our riders and courier partners, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet Pakistani tax and accounting requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the market note using the link in any email
• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to our record-keeping obligations

Cookies

This site stores your shopping bag in your browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh. That data never leaves your device and is cleared when you complete an order or empty the bag. Analytics cookies, if enabled, are optional and can be declined without affecting your ability to shop.
