Order before 19:00 and it arrives the same evening, anywhere in Lahore. After 19:00 we deliver first thing the next morning.

We deliver across Lahore only at the moment — Gulberg, DHA, Model Town, Johar Town, Cantt, Bahria Town, Askari, Iqbal Town and everywhere between. If you are just outside the city, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Yes — pick the timed one-hour slot at checkout for Rs 800. Otherwise choose a morning, afternoon or evening window at no extra cost.

Cash on delivery, JazzCash or Easypaisa, or a card payment link we send when we confirm your order. Bank transfer is available for corporate accounts and event bookings.

Our rider calls the recipient, then the sender. If neither answers we leave the flowers with the guard or building reception and message you a photo. We will not leave flowers in the sun — they come back to the cold room and go out again next morning at no charge.

Close, but not identical. We buy at market six mornings a week and substitute like for like on colour, form and value when a variety is not up to standard.

Between two days and three weeks depending on the variety — the vase life is listed on every product page, and it assumes a room under 30°C. If yours fail early, tell us within 48 hours and we replace them.

Not yet. We are a Lahore atelier and we would rather do one city properly than four badly — our riders are our own, which is how we can promise same-day. For gifting to another city, ask us and we will point you to a florist we trust.

Every order includes a card written by hand at the atelier. Add your message at checkout — Urdu and English are both fine.

Yes, and we recommend booking three to four months ahead for shaadi season between October and March. Start with an enquiry on the Experiences page and we will arrange a venue visit.
